I know firsthand how challenging it is to live with chronic GI problems.

I’ve had Crohn’s Disease for nearly 20 years. It was only after years of suffering & being exhausted all the time that I hit my point of “I can’t live like this anymore”. Something big needed to change and I could no longer stay in denial about that.

It didn’t need to be this hard though. That’s why I started this website.

As an experienced clinical psychologist & meditation teacher I’m here to help those that are looking to take a more active role in their healing journey.
