2 Types of GI Disorders:
Learn about structural & functional GI disorders, understanding how each type interacts differently with the gutbrain axis.

Changes in the BrainGut, & Emotional Patterns:
Discover how dysregulation affects not just your physical health, but also your mental well-being & emotional resilience.

Stress & GI Symptoms:
Delve into the direct connection between stress levels & the exacerbation of GI symptoms, highlighting why managing stress is crucial for digestive health.

The GI Stress Cycle:
A simple & helpful concept to see how these factors can all tie together into a vicious cycle.

Part 2 | Effective Tools
Then in the second half we’ll explore three levels of tools. They range from changes you can start making today up to treatments to get from trained professionals.

Level 1 | Lifestyle Changes

This is the stuff that’s easy to scroll right past. The reality though is that if some of the fundamentals like sleep, diet & stress management are out of order, then the higher level interventions are not going to be nearly as effective.

Level 2 | Breathwork

There’s a specific type of breathing that is the most universally used tool in all of GI psychology, no matter the GI disorder.

Level 3 | Mind-Body Treatments

GI psychology research has identified three gut-brain behavioral therapies (aka mind-body treatments). These are treatments that are effective for anxiety, depression & chronic pain that have been adapted to address the unique struggles that people with chronic GI conditions face.

Bonus | Resource Guide
You’ll also be given access to a comprehensive resource page that will summarize the main tools & provide guidance on how to access them.
